SUN SALUTATIONS
Sun Salutation are a series of poses designed wake up the body. Sun Salutations help with building strength, flexiability, and mobility in the body and is a great place to start in building a home practice. As you move through each pose you will begin to link the breath with each movement making it a moving meditation practice. They are a great way to start your yoga practice this video will only take you 17 minutes, and will leave you feeling energized and clear.
ALL LEVELS FLOW
This Yoga session is designed to wake up the body. The sequence will focus on heart and hip openers. The class moves at a steady pace and features longer holds in each posture, but allows room for different variations that is suitable for all level practitioner. This flow leaves the body feeling grounded, balanced, and open. The session will begin and end with a meditation and breathing techniques.The session is appropriate for all and modifications are given throughout the flow.
VINYASA INSPIRED FLOW
This Vinyasa Inspired Flow is an energetic flow that allows the body to create heat, realign, and stabilize. The session moves at a moderate pace but allows time throughout for you to play around with arm balances, inversions, and or take rest in child’s pose. The flow will be challenging but not impossible and allows room for variations and modifications of the pose. The sequence is inspired by the Ashtanga Yoga Method. The session will end and begin with breathing techniques and meditation.
YIN YANG FLOW
This session is designed to wake up the body. The sequence will focus on channeling the yin and yang energies. This flow leaves the body feeling grounded, balanced, and open. As always the session will begin and end with a meditation and breath work techniques. The session is appropriate for all and modifications are given throughout the flow.
BEGINNERS FLOW
This flow is designed for those who are new and/or intimidated by yoga. We start in a seat position and work through opening up different parts of the body physically and energetically. The focus will be to maintain a steady breath as we move through each movement. Throughout the flow there will be various cues to assist you in getting to each posture, and as always we will begin and end with a short mediation and breathing techniques.

This flow is designed to wake up the body. The sequence will focus on connecting the breath to each movement. The class moves at a steady pace, but allows room for different variations that is suitable for all level practitioner. The session will end with breathing techniques.

This video included the use of props such as blocks, yoga wheel and or a strap. All of the props are options and not required :)
ASHTANGA YOGA STANDING SEQUENCE
Ashtanga Yoga Primary Sequence is a set of series postures put together in a specific order. As you move through the sequence each movement is link to the breath either an inhale or exhale making it a moving mediation practice. The entire sequence is broken up into 5 different parts Sun Salutations, Standing Postures, Seated Postures, Back Bending, and Closing Postures. In this video we flow through the standing sequence of the Primary Series and I provide variations and modifications throughout making it more approachable for those who are new to sequence, and/or have different limitations.

PRENATAL YIN INSPIRED FLOW
Prenatal Yin Inspired practice focuses on releasing the fascia and channels a Yin energy throughout the session. The session moves at a slower pace and postures are held for long periods of time. This class features a variety of props throughout. It is designed to be accessible to expecting mothers, and modifications are catered to the needs of pregnant women. It is all levels and beginner friendly. If you are expecting, be sure to listen to your body and move at your own place and be sure to modify or take rest at any time throughout the session.

Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga Flow is designed for expecting mothers who have a consistent practice and or are familiar with yoga. This flow allows the body to create heat, realign, and stabilize. This session moves at a steady pace but allows time throughout for modification and rest. This session features a variety of props throughout. It is designed to be accessible to expecting mothers, and modifications are catered to the needs of pregnant women. It is all levels. If you are expecting, be sure to listen to your body and move at your own place and be sure to modify or take rest at any time throughout the session.
30 Minute Hip Opening Flow
This 30 minute Hip Opening Flow starts with a minute of breath-work and meditation to help center us before beginning the session then move into warming up the spine and warming the body with some sun salutations. The flow focuses on opening the pelvis, core, and legs. The session is created to target the main trouble areas of the pelvis within a time constraint. Its short, sweet and effective. As always modifications and options of props are provider throughout be sure to move and do what feels appropriate for your body.
